I don't hate trans folks, I think everyone should be free of doing whatever the fuck they like as long as they don't break any laws.
However the thesis that gender isn't biological but social/psychological simply makes no sense. Since the dawn of man our sociality and psychology has been shaped by our biology, to deny the mental constructs that have been shaped in us for more than 2000 years inevitably brings a bad result. In short transitioning and they/them pronouns is the wrong answer to a real problem (dysphoria)
