Whistleblowers Claim Coverup By DOJ/FBI on Biden Corruption!

Crime is legal when a dn
No way
You don't just 'find' a 92% performance increase. It was either intentional waiting for a shift in market prices/demand, or peak retardation from the software developers.
By finally fucking fixing literally one string of code that should’ve been fixed day one years ago.
>what is intentional throttling
This, but consoomers and brand war fags can't see that. I mean the way the article is written "a reason to choose team red" and "for free" seems like obvious shill crap.
I agree but what's the real story here, also why would they intentionally throttle?
this
They hired a white guy to check all the jeet spaghetti code.
Likely many more improvements to come
there are secret hidden cores on every graphics card and they have just unlocked one
same goes for all modern cpus on the market, btw
they have hidden cores as well, which constantly do all the tasks the 3 letter agencies have to perform on your asses
The stuttering was greatly improved. So you’re most likely right.

how do you find these "secret" cores. if they are doing work on the network then they arent exactly 100% "secret"
close, the alphabet agency shit is normally on the motherboard with separate rec./trans.
no way someone could definitely tell with a teardown right?
then again there is the intel ME stuff...
Pajeets are shitty coders.
extremely conCERNing news.
When do I get my 92% upgrade? I want to be real life Thor.
yes

All tech is software locked down.
Makes it really easy to unlock them and gain performance boost.
They do it to make it seem like they're actually doing stuff in drivers.
leafs are blocked from the update.
climate change. have to save energy.
I had to roll back my driver. HDR wouldn't work with 22.7.1.
>peak retardation from the software developers
This is substantially more likely than you'd think. Today's software devs are homos who assume they'll have more cycles to throw at a problem, so any actual efficiency comes long after the initial "we need this project to start making money" launch
Damn and all I get is DLSS
Here's basically how it works:
It's a separate processor, so it's not seen or recognized by Windows/Linux etc. at all. Think of it like a baseboard management controller (BMC) chip used in servers. Just with a backdoor built in so that if anyone with the credentials wants to peer into your computer and take it over remotely they can. If you aren't a "terrorist" though you have "nothing to worry about".
The software industry has made leaps and bounds in completely nullifying any advance made by the hardware industry
