you are wrong, ovulation is just when an ovary releases an egg. feminizing hrt cannot cause ovulation in people without ovaries. if you formed testicle organs, you cannot form ovary organs, as in embryo, they differentiate from the exact same cells, based on sex/gender forming genetics and hormonal triggers. by the time a birth occurs, it is way beyond permanently too late to intervene.
