Amanda blackburns killer (i wont say his name) has been granted TWO mistrials. Both because jurors claimed to have heard about the case before hand. No one ever talks about it anymore but there still has been no justice. The judge in the case has declared that the fact that amanda was pregnant CANNOT be brought up in court even though in Indiana there are fetuscide laws.
How do the people change the court system and get real judges in; what can legally be done to remove corrupt district attourneys and judges.

He's being retried in August.
His co-offenders accepted plea bargains and will testify against him. The case is a slam dunk for the murder (they are right not to mention the pregnancy, the potential for unfair prejudice outweighs the probative value). He can be charged separately for the feticide in another trial.
Judge was right to declare a mistrial. The jurors were retards and not impartial, they shouldve been honest when asked if they had prior knowledge of the case. Judge had no choice.
He's still in custody I think, so theres no real difference except they need a new trial.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

Speedy trial refers to conducting the trial. Thry did conduct one, it ended in a mistrial and they need a do-over. It happens, it's not grounds for a 6th amendment type dismissal.

Law Abiding Citizen was a great fucking movie, I'm always amazed they let it be made. Dude was right in everything he did. The only reason he got killed at the end is because the directors had to make the nig lawyer the hero. No way a dude that smart waits till hes back in the jail cell to activate the bomb. He would do it from the little hidey hole watching the fucking camera looking at the room the mayor was it at the time. Everyone killed fucking deserved it, with the slight exception of the cemetery scene if the bullets hit any bystanders, but it's hard to tell. As for the prisoner he kills, he was a criminal who threatened to kill him if he didn't share his steak.
