Cool fact, there's literally no way to prove the sun does or doesn't orbit the Earth. This is what Relativity is all about, and the problem is why Einstein started trying to think up solutions. Up until his boneheaded schizo rambling, scientists were having fucking panic attacks daily because every test they did showed the Earth motionless in the center of the Universe. Wherever you happen to be standing, it appears the universe is revolving around you. You can't prove it isn't except by deduction (only one place can be the center; since none of the other places we can see seem to be the center, we are much more likely not to be the center than to be the center), which is a pretty hollow proof, considering the many things about Earth that are unique, singular and don't seem to have any peers in the universe, like rational animals. Face it, not only is the sun orbiting around the Earth, but the entire fucking universe orbits the Earth and exists only for us.
