No, their the -what's that guy's name- yamcha. That's the one. Everyone thought he'd be someone serious, but he was kneecapped by his laziness in being a bandit with no moral ground. Everyone except vegeta who got powerful did it by some moral cause, some kind of principal. China is much like Yamcha, they started as bandits in some desert, and by the people around them they stayed a part of things. But nobody looks at Yamcha and thinks they should be in any tournament of power, unless it's killing fish. That's a waste of time for everyone else, but Yamcha is impotently wofl fang fisting the water off the beach, and the rest of the Z fighters are giving him token likes.
