That's where your wrong. The original russian army was 200K but almost 100K of that is now combat ineffective between dead and wounded. russia has mobilized (secretly) by using volunteers and conscripts and they have deployed overall in the course of this war about equivalent numbers to Ukraine - they just take much higher casulties.
Also sanctions are crippling russia - they can't make tanks any more for example and have to rely on T62s from Soviet stockpiles.

6 months in and the only Oblast russia has fully captured is the rural hick backwater of Luhansk which they already controlled half of before the war.
