There are only 5 million white South Africans, which is about the same as Slovakia and many wouldn't get Any Forums culture because their speak Afrikaans and live at the ass end of Africa around bantus all day so anime girls and frogs wouldn't really appeal to them as a form of communication. Their own country nearly falling into civil war last year probably gave them a reality check that this place doesn't offer them anything apart from webms of things they can see when they drive down the street.
