Seriously if 220 Americans had died don't you think their families would be concerned at the lack of contact? Don't you think there would be rumours? Don't you think they probably have other American volunteer friends over there who would notice their absence back at their camp and alert their families or other Americans?

News would trickle out in a week or two max just like the we got yesterday of two Americans who died a couple of weeks ago.

You can search for and find plenty of articles about any of the known larpers that head there for clout. It’s not a secret and I highly doubt that those guys are the only people that went to fight. I wish we all had a list of volunteers, but we don’t. No one is attempting to keep this a secret.
There are rumors, sure. You make it sound like Russians are scooping these guys up and disappearing them. No, people are getting killed for entering a war zone. The problem for them is that they’re not protected by any military.

Funny coming from a Russian, clearly the lives of Russians are not important since your government is censoring the true death toll and we have seen images of rotting Russian corpses with their eyes plucked out by carrion birds just abandoned by their comrades and those images were from areas Russia controlled.
