Blacks worked in the fields. It stands to reason their ability to perform physical labor and disposition for menial tasks would integrate well with working breeds such as border collies, labradors, etc.

Got my last dog (black lab) from a shelter. Took me about 2 seconds to know he was the one for me. Weeks go by he turns out to be incredibly smart, easily trainable, and instinctively fucking HATED niggers. Best friend I ever had. RIP buddy

We used to sick dogs on them when they ran off. This made black people afraid of dogs down to their DNA. Similarly, dogs pick up on their weakness and treat them as such.
