The first 3 are the dangerous ones and are pretty much behind most shitty things that happen in our society. Kids chimping out and committing what seems like random violence, almost always have signs of ASPD and BPD caused by childhood abandonment fears. Serial Killing and familicide is according to studies linked directly to BPD, and NPD is one of the most common traits among CEOs and Politicians.
People with Cluster B disorders don't have brains that work like yours and I, they are human sharks, pure predators that pretty much exist to consume the life energy and material gains of others.

There are different forms of BPD. Covert BPD which is the main male form of BPD, presents itself as a gregarious, sociopathic, narcissistic disorder rather than the complete chaotic mess that female primary BPD does.

Male and female personalities are generally quite different, so the same personality disorders present differently based on the gender.
There is also a pretty clear unspoken link between male BPD and transgenderism. Transgender psychological therapy is actually a form of DBT, the therapy designed for BPD.
This is why mtf Transgenders tend to be extremely narcissistic and have extremely thin skin as well.
The difference between a disorder and a fringe or even common/typical human behaviour
depends solely on whether the psychiatrist or patient deems the behaviour problematic or not.

You're not getting a Cluster B disorder without essentially being a toxic, piece of fucking shit.
6 of the 9 diagnostic criteria for BPD for example, are toxic and manipulative behaviours. You need to meet 5 of the 9 to get the diagnosis. Every person with BPD is genuinely a toxic/potentially dangerous person according to the psych.
Also Psych's generally don't like telling Cluster B's about the diagnosis, because generally there is no meaningful therapy or treatment, and Cluster B's love to use their diagnosis and "Muh stop the stigma" bullshit as a shield for their evil behaviour. Most psychs will just dope the Cluster B up on a dozen different meds to try cloud their mind so they can't be as effectively machevellian.

OP is a piece of shit and ultimately it’s undetectable, successful, narcissists and psychopaths that dominate and destroy the world.
These are all caused by unvirtuous / sinful actions, which require you to lie to yourself and others. For example, lying can cause narcissism because your entire self image becomes based on a lie, then you have to keep lying to maintain it. Before too long, your whole sense of self will fight against the direction of admitting the truth about yourself. If these people would admit the truth about their own actions, and commit to that, these personality disorders would disappear. Whenever someone confronts that lie with any amount of truth, the narcissist would do anything to ignore or fight it, because admitting the truth is equivalent to death of their sense of self.
These bad habits reinforce themselves. People start lying to maintain a self image, then they have to commit unvirtuous actions to try to maintain that lie, which only makes things worse.
Psychopaths lie to themselves about the harm that their actions cause to others. If a psychopath would admit to themselves that their actions have caused suffering, they would feel the weight of guilt of their actions. Instead, they lie to themselves about the damage they cause because confronting the truth is too uncomfortable.
