I've been thinking about this a lot lately since American whites are essentially becoming niggers now, and seemingly through the same process as what happened to the Africans. The connection to the white ancestral home of Europe is being increasingly severed, just as it was for blacks from Africa, creating a population who is detached from all tradition, culture, faith, heritage, etc. and are driven only by impulses and basic instincts. From this comes the consumerism, degeneracy, stupidity, and aggression.
It's almost as if niggers where the trial run for what they're now doing to whites.
The literal black africans you see in the west are the 1% of the 1%. 99.9% like just like American niggers but with less shit built by whites around them.

Intelligence is genetic. Blacks don't necessarily lack the genetics to be intelligent, but they have selectively bred for a lack of impulse control thanks to an environment that was harsh in terms of fauna (favoring basic fight or flight instincts) but put far less pressure on them in terms of weather (something that favors long-term planning). I've heard forced integration ended up screwing over black communities that were some what self sufficient like schools and businesses as people basically abandoned them or something among those lines.

I've interacted with Nigerians exchange student in college and it's absolutely night and day from any American blacks. They're no whites but you can at least you get the sense that you're speaking with an actual human who has comparable temperament as opposed to interacting with an unhinged chaotic force from whom some unprovoked act of violence is imminent.
