But a pilot with 20 years experience, saw this the first time, and did not know this nor does his crew? sure. Yeah. Its fishing boats so bright, they glow up to 4km hight, so that a plane a 7.6km cruising altitude sees this light. SURE.

It isn't clouds. Look at the actual clouds in the picture. Also there was a weird wobbling effect that made the sky look like the bottom of a pool. Couldn't catch it on film however because of phone camera.
