Islam heavily homogenised the genetics of the middle east. It mongrelised every distinct population from the Levant to Iran through jizya and love jihad promoted conversion and racemixing. Why are so many middle easterners rapey and retarded when the pre Islamic and Early Islamic middle east was known for its civilisation and scholars? Simple, because they weren't racemixed and mongrelised, and had pockets of high IQ civilised races who's women were taken and bred, and who's men capitulated and converted to the Islamic borg.

You also find some very healthy people, like the han/hun (??) people, I think in northern Pakistan. Many thought there was something in their diet or lifestyle that gave them great health and long life, but it could also be that they are not mixing their genes with others, so they bred out the bad stock long ago, leaving just pure ass-kicking genes.
It will be hard to know for sure, because nobody would dare say they did so well because of a lack of diversity.

Except most continental Europeans are shorter, smaller brained and less intelligent than ancient world populations, and its precisely because they are mongrels. Mixing populations IS dysgenic because you are introducing the BAD genes from one population and diluting the GOOD genes from another. Its called Outbreeding depression. There were unique racial groups in the middle east which have gone extinct due to homogenisation of the genepool. These racial groups vanished with assimilation and their talents vanished with them.
