Is anyone else creeped out by the way “progressives” have adopted this extreme ideology over the last few years and at the same time have totally wiped their minds of the views and values they held before they adopted this insanity? This is really what convinced me that the NPC meme is real. How could a person with self-awareness, with a soul, adopt a belief like “transgender children should be put on puberty blockers” and have absolutely no recollection of what they would have thought about that same thing just a few years earlier? That just doesn’t jive with me.
If you talk to old people who were into stuff like the hippie movement/anti-war leftist stuff, they probably aren’t still radical leftists, but they still remember that they were at that point in their lives very politically active for what was at the time leftist ideals.
