i hated it for a long time but that's only because it's a soap opera where you can't miss more than an episode or so or it doesn't even make sense, like babylon 5
tng is still the best along with ots because each episode is essentially stand alone, no overarching plots exist and if they do, Troi or Wesley will recap them for us
