Reading a dense book, at least some pages (evola, whatever). Do this right before exercising, so I use exercising to meditate on what I’ve read.
I’m pretty sure more exercising and a helthier diet will do miracles and is the basis of the start of the western spiritual reconquista.

If you work an office job 35000 steps is nearly impossible. Walking at a normal rate you might get 7200 per hour. You're looking at over 4 hours of walking, outside of your work time.
