I suspect that releasing this part that hints towards the obvious false flag was released intentionally just to generate even further discussion and thus more exposure to the event itself. You have those, that follow the Ukraine war and believe, that it's a clean cut Russian war crime. You also have those, that just like the other side too follow the conflict and can point out series of other lies and have a reasonable suspicion that it's a false flag.
