TRUST THE SCIENCE
TRUST THE SCIENCE
>1 donut
>2 pats on head
That's a lot of work if you think about it.
so 2 edgy bois came up with fraudulent data and then 20 years of subsequent research were based on that or 2 edgy bois spent 20 years researching nothing? i never understand these headlines.
"""le science""" is literally a reddit upvote contest
i know im supposed to be a good npc and get mad because of the key words:
20 years
(insert meme sickness)
fraud
lots of money
lives
The best part about science is eventually the truth will come out. Sucks that the weakness of men sent alot of resources down the wrong path but its also good because it still proves the system still works.
shut up and trust the scientists goy.
OP, can you provide a link? This sounds interesting. What did they lie about?
And, do you happen to know who is in this photo? The girl?
is that what it proved.... really.
subtle troll is subtle. 8.5/10
>2 retards make up some bullshit
>after 20 years they get found out
> 4 retards make up some bullshit
>2022 years after and still retards keep believing
I'll stick with science, thanks
GPS navigation causes Alzheimer’s… they’ve been suppressing that study for years. It kills the part of your brain that remembers directions. Big money on the line so it was killed

>Science is facing a "reproducibility crisis" where more than two-thirds of researchers have tried and failed to reproduce another scientist's experiments, research suggests.

> Research scientists are under pressure to get published in the most prominent journals possible, and their chances increase considerably if they find positive (thus “impactful”) results. For journals, the appeal is clear, writes Philip Ball for Nautilus: they’ll make a bigger splash if they discover some new truth, rather than if they simply refuted old findings. The reality is that science rarely produces data so appealing.
> The quest for publication has led some scientists to manipulate data, analysis, and even their original hypotheses. In 2014, John Ioannidis, a Stanford professor conducting researching on research (or ‘meta-research’), found that across the scientific field, “many new proposed associations and/or effects are false or grossly exaggerated.” Ioannidis, who estimates that 85 percent of research resources are wasted, claims that the frequency of positive results well exceeds how often one should expect to find them
When did you realize that science is all about confirmation bias and mental gymnastics?
Maybe they'll try the mystery box, next.
all of science is a scam for gibs. most research is. in college there was this machine learning team a few of the profs ran that would get students to do work for them. literally no one could tell me what machine learning was or what their goals were through their research
>using science as a replacement for religion
do retards really?
It's probably not a good habit. I try to only use it if I've never been there and then go off recall after 1 or two trips.
How about for a change, we skip the retard echo chamber, and someone post the actual info, article, data, what did they botch?
why can’t you google it yourself?
