This is just another depopulation strategy. Most subversion since Gorbachev has been about depopulation due to the climate change agenda. It's just another attempt at "world communism", which is best achieved if there is a universal threat. They tried to make that the nation state/fascism/whatever, but realized that people are pretty loyal to their own. So, the easiest universal threat is the climate, since they couldn't fake an alien invasion then. But, that will be possible soon if not already.
