Both Trump and DeSantis would win in 24, barring mass cheating or an act of God. But retard boomers still watch mainstream news and the committee can still land body blows that work on Trump w/these folks. So even if both would be favored to win, Trump being the nom is still their best chance to win in 24. They won't hold Congress to conduct show trials on Desantis in 23.
So if they're expending ALL this political capital and energy on Trump, doesn't that mean they intend to run a nom against him in 24? Some indictment that would get held up and dragged out in the courts serves no purpose other than making Trump more powerful in 24. I don't think they're trying to take him down, they're just trying to bruise him up for everyone who still thinks they're a legitimate committee. Again, the boomers who still believe mainstream news.
Seems all this would be a waste if it were to line up Desantis to beat them in 24. They'll target 24 and 26 congressional elecs to do this same shit to Ron.

Another angle I've heard, which makes a lot of sense, is that it is less about taking Trump down and more about taking people who support or work for him down. It's to scare people away from working in his admin so they can fill it with saboteurs. They were pretty successful with this in 16, albeit through different measures.

Whatever your opinion of Desantis I'm quite positive they're more terrified of him than they are of Trump. I like Trump's politics more, but Desantis would be a slightly smaller wrecking ball to their establishment.

That said, it's entirely possible they have infiltrated Ron's circle with Feds and will play the same game if they line him up by taking Trump down. It just seems like a waste, for this committee to go through all this for it *not* to affect the 24 election.
