Same with the Crown Heights riots, black vs jews (a particularly nasty species of jew, at that).
Blacks just have to riot, they're feral that way. Back in the 90s the schools would all self-segregate, but there wasn't nearly as much tension or hatred. Nobody cared what you were doing as long as you weren't purposely targeting them.
