At what point did black culture jump the shark?

The 1960's. Black culture up until then was about proving that they were as good as white people. After the civil rights movement there was a counter culture to this notion in the black community. When JFK died and more and more of the American history of treating Black's like shit came out, they started rethinking the whole just prove yourself and be a good citizen thing. A lot of them were mad about it. It also didn't help that a lot of the poor blacks were given incentives by government subsides to get divorces or not live with their spouses. One of the keys to prosperity is a strong family environment. A broken home pays for everything two times for both parents. They don't share groceries or share goods. This made blacks more poor. It also fucked them when it came to child care. In a two parent household one can work and the other can get a job. When you have one parent out of the house the other has to work leaving kids alone and with mostly absent parental figures. They are naturally attracted to older peers who seem cool to guide them. Those peers decide the norms. Humans are naturally savage and animal like. It is society and the family that makes us civilized people. When these forces don't play a strong role in a child's development they devolve back to that level. Thus gang culture was born. This of course led into gang wars. Responsibility is unintuitive and unfun. It takes having a godly life and parents to recognize the duty to uphold it, because they lacked this when they got a woman pregnant they would not feel much need to pay for the woman and child meaning another generation of poverty. Then they would get shot or break the law. This would leave a child without a father figure again who would repeat the process.
