Baby boomers retiring, also a temporary benefit of allowing work from home, also republicans raised taxes on states like NY & ca as part of their "tax cut" plan

if you had moved to florida at the beginning of 2020, you would've gotten a year and a half of your life back. I went to the panhandle in sept 2020 and it was like a went back to 2019 for a few weeks. It was great.
