So while there will be more places for kids to be diagnosed as trans, it will be less likely to happen as most doctors outside of Tavistock won't be so keen to mutilate.

'Holistic needs' refers to the fact that the majority presenting with gender dysphoria have other mental health issues. A good number have also been abused in the past. These new clinics will consider these other factors before chucking drugs at fucked up kids.
