Many of you will have seen clips of computer vision demonstrations producing near lifelike simulacrums of Putin, Tom Cruise, Obama etc. From this video it appears that they've got a pretty advanced working version of this technology and are using it to generate the uncanny expression on his face. One possible reading would be that he's actually sick with covid, and his voice here represents his real voice at the time of recording but they've got an actor playing the body -- but we also have similarly capable voice-generation technology, especially with Biden because you've got a huge amount of data to fine tune your models, and so it seems unlikely they wouldn't produce a less sickly sounding voice than the one we hear.
The real answer to all this I believe lies in an understanding of the "role" that Biden is playing, but this isn't something I believe the board is ready for.
Don't try to pass it off as a shitty AI, he's just a creepy, senile old pedo flailing around trying to blame Trump for his rock-bottom poll numbers and the fact that he's the biggest fuckup to walk through the white house since GWB.

I have a master's in DL from one of the top labs in the world, worked at m$ research as a DL researcher, and am completing a PhD in DL. You have no idea about """AI""" whatsoever. You don't even know what it means. This is easily proven when you call deepfakes "computer vision". Biden is not generated in his appearances, however a body double is often used and most of his "appearances" are greenscreens and not real.
