Current prediction is 2028, but the recession in the US which started officially today with a second consecutive quarter GDP shrinkage may actually make it happen earlier.
What is going to happen when the red line surpasses the blue line?

Well dear fren I believe at that time it will be officially "happening". Also the red line will be on top.
One trade war will destroy China
That's why China bought so many politicians
USA a literally made of bubbles and manipulation. In real terms, baring anything drastic happening, China is already moving ahead.
No doubt they're bubbly too, but not to the same extent. Half the shit USA pulls is illegal there.
none of those are real btw
China crushed the US during the Trump trade war
Iirc Chinas domestic market is already larger than export.
A billion something people consoom a lot of shit.
Probably nothing. Chinas gdp is directly tied to how well america and the global economy is doing.
CHINAS REAL ESTATE MARKET IS COLLAPSING
CHINA HAS PUT TANKS ON THE STREETS TO PROTECT THEIR BANKS
ITS OVER FOR CHINA
i like how it already surpassed japs at plaza accord
OP doesn't remember 1990 regarding the Japanese. China, right now, is the LARGEST PONZI SCHEME in world history. You do not have to do anything to enjoy the shitshow that is coming. Just sit back, and grab some popcorn!
I agree with that, but then there's also the Thucydides Trap, and it happened (I believe) 12 times out of the last 16 changes of hegemonic global power.
> Thucydides's Trap refers to the natural, inevitable discombobulation that occurs when a rising power threatens to displace a ruling power...[and] when a rising power threatens to displace a ruling power, the resulting structural stress makes a violent clash the rule, not the exception.
You already lost the trade war though.
>OP doesn't remember 1990 regarding the Japanese.
You mean that time Japan's Western masters forcibly had them sign an accord that curbstomped all their economic growth for the years and decades to come? What about it?
I don't care. China's economic numbers are pure fiction anyways. Shit ain't good over there. And I don't care if China becomes economically powerful and becomes the world leader.
I do, but you don't know history if you think the scenario is the same. Japan depended on the US entirely for defense, and their internal consumption market was already maxed out. Basically Japan was a client state of the US, and as such it was forced to sign the Plaza Accord which triggered the so called "Lost Decade" by allowing the dollar to run freely against the Yen and it killed Japanese exports and destroyed the Japanese properties market.
China is not a client state, China will commit suicide like Japan with the Plaza Accord and China's internal market has A MASSIVE space to grow.
* will not commit suicide
China has an industrial economy, the US has a services and finance economy. All economies are kinda "fiction" but the US economy is way more fiction than China's
In just two more weeks.
You "China is Over" regards don't get how much China, economic competition between countries is an illusion for low IQ retards. China, Europe and the US help each other through recessions. Rich people have friends in the international community. And rich people will pressure their governments to take action to prevent other rich people from becoming poor even on other countries (in part because they themselves count on those other rich people to stay rich). China will succeed and continue to crank out billionaires and the US and EU will continue to support them just like China did for the US when they turned on the money printers back in the 08 recession.
>A pro-USA POTUS
with a cabinet full of traitors
and you think the Exec Branch works how, exactly?
CHINESE PUT 70% OF THEIR MONEY INTO HOUSING
CHINESE HOUSING MARKET IS COLLAPSING DUE TO OVERLEVERAGE
THERE IS A MORTGAGE BOYCOTT IN CHINA
CHINESE DEVELOPERS ARE NOW FAILING AND CHINESE BANKS ARE FAILING
CHINA IS FINISHED
>what is going to happen
World Revolution. Communism is superior.
>Communism is superior.
"Communism" pays with cabbage for currency.
Or do you need 4 day long weeks to be tricked into becoming productive?
