There was a girl in TAG with me. Many years later I found out that she became trans and changed her name to my first name. And this happened before trannies had any sort of momentum. Creepy to think about it.

Hm. Didn't seem spooky at all. Taught us algebra in like 5th grade with pawns and a balance scale. Taught us critical reasoning with open ended logic puzzles. I remember school days in ELP felt like they wizzed by compared to normal class because it felt like it wasn't really work at all.

I remember they purposefully turned a blind eye to cheating, and right answers were lauded regardless of how you got them. You were responsible for keeping track of your own tasks you completed. You could just as easily lie, and say you completed more tasks than the other smartest kid in the class and it was fair game.

You failed to mention the hottest markets. Instead you literally named the shittiest markets and think anyone in California or Washington can take home 500k unless you’re wheeling and dealing 10+ million dollar homes frequently. I don’t think you understand just how profitable last year was for the housing market. Everyone involved in the game made hellacious money. There’s a fuck ton of people in this country who sold at the top and are waiting for a dip to buy their dream home after banking 30-40% increase on their homes value from 5 years ago. Even when people are gasping for shekels from the government because everything is dead people will still be buying here. All I know is I made the decision to insulate myself from the madness and did it quite effectively.

I did almost 35mil myself, do the math.
