Explain to me like I'm fucking retarded. I took a facial recognition aptitude test for the FBI (Yes I almost went Fed). I scored in the top 1% of the entire planet on facial recognition skills. I have near photographic memory of people's individual facial parts. I can identify people from lips, noses, ears, etc.
I cannot for the fucking life of me recognize these two Men as the same person. My brain literally screams that these are 2 different people, no matter how much I hear "lighting" or "angles" or whatever. No fucking way.

Adderal doesn't explain this. I've seen many people on Adderall. The facial changes are not that drastic and don't happen in the first few hours. It takes 5-6 hours for your face to look like you are geeking on a low dose. If he took over 100mg maybe it will show in 3 hours.
