The reason lobsters etc have meat inside while bugs only have slime inside is because muscle strength scales with area while mass scales with volume. This means larger animals are proportionally weaker and thus muscle tissue needs to make up proportionally more of their mass for them to remain mobile. It's hilarious how the people who claim everyone else is uneducated don't even know the most basic principles behind evolution.

Why are people against eating bugs so much? Just take a look at the Lion King for example, Simba gave up eating meat from animals and started eating bugs yet he still grew up to be big, strong, and took his kingdom back. Why still eat animal meat when you get the same results from eating bugs which are easier to come by and more affordable. Seems like a no brainer to me.
