The family unit is just a microcosm of society, the stronger the bond the better society will function. If you have too many different ethnicities then cliques will start forming based on the "superiority" to the others, it's better to keep society as homogenous as possible.

It's a proven vulnerability in what was once our "democracy", devs should have patched it way before we were born.
You need a solid foundation on the most base levels to have an equal society, all other ingroups can be solved but ethnicity - unless we magically solve the problem of dual-use technology being more capable of destroying than it is at repairing, which is infeasible. There is no support for integration of opposing factions into our power structures, it only allows for further infighting. The more 5th columns which exist within your society the less "time" you have to focus on the issues which really "matter".

It's in your best interest and in the interest of your personal happiness while on this earth to find the best possible woman you can in terms of mutual beliefs, intelligence, family status, social status education, and income - regardless of race - to mate with.
