Lastly, and it shouldn't be said out loudly, don't think of self improvement as a giant step, but a new door opening to a better you.
When in doubt, reframe, push all the negative out.

I agree that limiting the time on Any Forums is good. I have been thinking about it and I will probably limit my time to Any Forums while doing this challenge (one step at a time user and we will all do it)
I've heard you can dive your face into bucket with cold water to calm yourself. Because your body can't breathe rapirdly in water it instantly makes breathing calmer and so your mind becomes calmer.
i'll start this challenge on the 1st of august like a normal person. who starts on the 25th??

>I'll start August >I'll start next quarter >I'll start next year >I'll start ... No day like the present

>I've heard you can dive your face into bucket with cold water to calm yourself. This must a russian think(?). I never heard about it, but if you wish to calm yourself simply exercising and reading help a lot while making you do something useful

Pay attention to nature. Make a habit of walking in the woods and gazing at the stars.
If you get distracted, remember that you will never regret time well spent. It's better to learn and exercise than to day-dream and masturbate.
Good luck to you all
