My product is important but not essential. Doesn’t stop clients from destroying me at the smallest inconvenience. I’ve had two of my nicest clients absolutely destroy me over a tiny issue and then send an email hours like saying “sorry…. So when is this getting fixed?”
I worked really hard to get to this place in my dream industry. But clearing six figures doesn’t even get your life started and the work is excruciating….. feels very demoralizing.
