North America actually isn't so bad. Most immigration/diversity is centered in major urban areas. Those that are more localized like the black belt have even the smallest towns self segregated. Its an open secret and mostly everyone is respectful of it. You are looking at a handful of counties across the entire country that are going to be demographically flipped, majority of which are in massive cities that rely on shit tons of imported food.
Most cities are in no way self sufficient, and rely on a service based economy with little industrialization . Most small towns on the other hand have agriculture in their favor, and extremely skilled generalist/specialist in their population.
