Yes. They often wear piss and shit stained tracksuits and run off to CEX to pawn stolen goods for White Lightning (the cheapest and strongest legally available alcoholic beverage) and Asda (Walmart for you fat chunkers) meal deals.
However, there is a silver lining as they hate wogs and will group up to beat the shit out of them. My town has lots of chavs and is a bastion for the old hobby of paki bashing. They basically cruise around in a car without plates armed with bats, bottles ect and beat up any non whites they see. They caught a local paki who nonced a girl (and got away with it as he was mates with an MP) and sodomized him with a broom pole in a cemetary few years back. they tried to cut off his willy too but the knife was blunt so he just got some knob cuts of various depth.
