So, Russian military thought was marked by another ingenious military decision - while the Ukrainians are trying to achieve success in the Kherson direction (breaking through the front on which, theoretically, promises a deep breakthrough and - at least - operational success), our military geniuses decided to storm Avdiivka head-on again. Today, after several hours of artillery preparation, the remnants of the DPR infantry launched an attack on it and the surrounding "bastions". Naturally - I wish our fighters maximum success. But even in the most favorable case (that is, after fierce street fighting and fighting in the depths of the enemy’s pre-prepared defenses, ours will take Avdiivka, etc.) - the front can only be pushed back to the next enemy defense line - that is, all the same line Slavyansk -Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka-Konstantinovka-Kurakhovo. Hardly any deeper. Although to me personally (knowing the state of the infantry of the Armed Forces of the DPR and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation), such success does not seem guaranteed "not even once."
