Imho you need to replace each section of the bridge that is damaged. Which means heavy construction vehicules. It could take weeks or months. Meanwhile the construction site would be vulnerable to rocket strikes. Maybe there is a way to patch it but honestly I would not walk over that bridge again, and I would not sign the qualification report that the bridge is safe without heavy repairs.
