Have seen a growing number of advertisements and "influencers" targeting men who want to be more masculine.
This includes self eating raw meat, sunning your balls, LARPing as a warrior/barbarian, and other self improvement nonsense.
Although some of this is helpful it doesn't address the masculinity problem. What does Any Forums consider to be masculine? Is it possible to exhibit masculine traits in a system which rewards feminine behaviors (compliance) and practically makes being masculine illegal?
>self eating raw meat wat?!?! like eating my own meat? Will this make me manlier?

To be masculine includes a lot of traits, but a key things to remember is that in nearly all cultures masculinity is described as being “active.” Masculine virtues always focus on responsibility to one’s self and community. The veneer of masculinity promoted today rejects action in support of one’s community and instead supports consumeristic passivity focused purely on the self.

it's simply a grift, they grift lonely low iq men who feel emasculated because it appeals to their innate masculinity. They tell you "be tough and work bro" but they never do stop to think what you're working towards. Also, most of them get chinmogged by women, lmao
i had a dream i could suck my own cock last night. it was as a letdown as my first blowjob

>What does Any Forums consider to be masculine? Having a giant folder full of homoerotic greyscale computer composite images of body builders which you avatarfag as in place of actual masculinity
>Is it possible to exhibit masculine traits in a system which rewards feminine behaviors (compliance) and practically makes being masculine illegal? It's costly. If you stand up for yourself the compromised men and women in w/e institution will kick you out. Lose your job, expelled from school, banned, etc. If you cuck out for money and privileges it will make you unattractive to women. So will being unemployed. The entire sexual economy as well as the employment economy are upside down and it takes a lot of luck to win. The good news is that if you just keep trying and never get up you'll eventually get lucky.

You need to train. Atleast the gym. Because people are retarded and think being big = being able to fight.
The most important thing is a martial art with near full on sparring if need be. This is: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, BJJ
Why is it important to pick one when they're all different? The most important thing is full on sparring to stress test your technique. Even 3 months of grappling and you will be able to kill your old self in 2 minutes tops. Probably 30 seconds. It's that powerful against an untrained individual when your techniques are working in near full sparring/competitiveness setting.

Personally I believe masculinity to have a few key features that are common across cultures. 1) Being muscular, 2) Having values and sticking to them, regardless of how shitty your values are and 3) Struggling, by that I mean pursuing to improve your weaknesses 4) Taking responsibility for your actions.

Not walking around like an overtanned, steroid-pumped faggot. Manliness is setting goals and accomplishing them, seeking your own path, mental discipline, emotional focus. consistency in effort, risk taking and loyalty.

any 1 getting that jeet hamza pop up on their ytube rec? man I thought redpillers died off, the grift keeps on going.
i haven't tried since i was like 20 (i got rly fat but lost it all after a few years) but i used to be able to get the whole head in my mouth, didn't find it possible to even get close to finishing like that though i guess that was because i had a dick in my mouth

Except for the muscle part, I agree with you. Muscles are not at all necessary to be a man. The most distinguishing feature of a man, in comparison to a woman, is that women are diplomatic creatures who always aim to make peace wherever they go. This means that they never stick to their own ideals, but use their social sensor stations to guage the situation and adapt to it. For men, life is about defeating your opponents not turning them into friends.

Look at the state of that HGH torso, it's embarrassing. HGH is the new synthol for fat 40+ fucks who think they can look like 20 year old Arnold Schwarzenegger in 6 months
Sad.

masculinity is obsolete in our society, not that i like it, but it's very much the case. i've come across more men complaining about muh toxic masculinity in my life than women. the only guy i see pushing prams are basedjaks and all the chads are 40 year old bachelors. it's fucking over.

Being a man is doing your own shit and not caring what anyone else thinks or does. I don't make decisions based on what other people say or do, I think about what is best for me and my family.
You got it perfectly. Being masculine is not eating raw meat, lifting weights around metrosexuals or larping as a caveman while enjoying modern comfort. These are merely modern mockery of virility.
Virility comes from the group and social organisation. Read "Storm of Steel" from Ernst Junger to take a peek at what masculinity and virility is.
the confidence that belief gives you is what's manly.

To me masculinity means holding your temper, protecting and supporting people, (similar to what said), not letting your emotions get the best of you, not kneeling to others, not giving up, indomitable to opposing forces, and able to get things done.
