I can't deny that the US is in deep trouble, but it isn't dead yet, physically or spiritually. Don't forget, you won't get the real information from the media, except occasionally by reading between the lines.
We DID fight covid restrictions, and even where that fight was lost, there was resistance, passive and open, all over the place. In places where the jab became mandatory, thousands of Americans chose to resign/get fired rather than bend. I think the rate of vax refusal is much higher than you'll see in any official studies.
