All the good threads disappear when I come online. Any Forums is such shit now

Every time I try to start a meta thread to try and come up with good solutions to the perpetual mudslide of 1pbop bait, bot and, shill threads they get pruned within a couple of minutes while straight up low effort porn and obvious shit slide threads get left up. The jannies are in on it. Hell they probably are posting half of it.

All I want them to do is put the number of posts by OP in the thread header O:1 R:xxx I:xxx with the ability to filter them. If they put a timer on the last time OP posted in their own thread that would be nice O:1-2:59.59 And an image filter would be nice. A longer cool down for starting new threads would be good and a report option for rewording bait to avoid filters ( I know they kinda have this)

Simple things that they could obviously do to help the problem, but again I think they want and are helping the problem.
