It's largely over. All relations are centered around sex. The men can't get along because they see each other as competition in their pathological pursuit of women. You might think the women would still be having a good time, but they're not really enjoying things either. They're like spoiled kids who get what they want over and over again until they eventually hit 30 and realize their life has been totally empty and they don't even have the dignity of a strong mind that those whose lives were empty because of bad circumstances have.
Unless there's a concerted effort to fix things that also doesn't attract a ton of scorn by making demands from alienated men and taking away women's privileges, I don't think there's a solution. You have to do something, but if you do something and piss people off in the process, they'll rebel by doing the exact opposite. Men's only groups would help a lot, but men aren't going to be interested in that because it won't get them girls.
