Started to get my shit together this week. Diet, exercise, establishing a routine. Sleep was absolutely garbage as I was adjusting, but I should be getting better in week 2.

Spending more time writing and creating and trying to get rid of the spectre of anxiety that tells me that my value is determined by the response to that work. Realizing that I need to read more in order to write better. Pushing myself.

I just stopped eating most days. When I eat it's only salad or meat, raw milk,or eggs.
Started out walking 2 miles and worked up from there. Go swimming for an hour almost everyday. Weight and bloating just fell off.

This. There are chemicals in food that shouldn't be mixed together. Vitamin C plus sodium benzoate (this thing is found ubiquitously in ingredient labels) yields to benzene which is a cancerous substance.
