I've lived through hotter summers about 2 decades ago. My grandfather said in the late 40s and early 50s there were summers where in August it got over 100F, hotter than it is where I am at today.

Up until this week its been below average temperature here in Southern Oregon. It went down to 46 this morning, which tied the record low and is about 15 degrees below normal. And, it was a long cold Spring, frosts until early June, normally last frost early May. So yeah, bring on the fucking heat so my tomatoes will ripen.

I say it’s July dumbass and august usually gets worse in the south period, always has always will. It gets wicked some summers some summers not as bad. I’ve been around a long time. Shit happens. This is absolutely normal for summertime. Honestly this is low for where I live. It only says 85 and the normal summer temp has been 100+ my whole life and I'm nearly 40.
