It's not his countrymen fault Russian regime left his country poor as fuck and all infrastructure designed to keep his country dependent on Russian resources. Hell, Baltics, which hated Russia the most only managed to create infrastructure to fuck over Putin only in 2014, because we were just too poor before that. And we are 20x smaller than Poland and service based economies, not industry based like Poland. His country did enormous amount of work to be as independent of Russia in order not to bankroll it as possible.
And our hate for Russia is completely justified. When we say we hate Russia, it doesn't include Russian dissidents, since we do not consider them Russians.
