No, and not for lack of trying. Racist beliefs aren’t always learned through indoctrination or ideology. The majority, myself included, become either racist or non-racist throughout their lives based on experiences had with differing races.
For myself, I grew up in a suburban town outside of San Francisco and have learned that Filipinos are the South Americans of Asians and are a coin flip between extremely hospitable and friendly or a total dirtbag. Every other Asian is great. Middle easterners are good but don’t make deals with them. Black people tend to appear friendly at first but almost always have bad intentions. Mexicans don’t give a fuck about you they just want to make their money and feed their 6 kids.
