Friendly people dont commit 8/10 crimes. They lower the quality of life for everyone around them. They are 13% of the population. If they would stay that spread out, things might be ok, they might adapt. Problem is they self-segregate and when you have more than 15% niggers in an area things really snowball out of control. Lots of urban examples. Plus they stink, and the ones thank look like monkies need to stop breeding.
