What Duganin claims is mostly based on mid XIXth century Russian historiosophy. Which in itself was extremly Hegelian. Any claims that worked against Hegels idea of state, society, the special kind of willing submission to the state etc. On top of that he is 100% sure that Russia has an God given right (both the state and the people) to be the leader of all slavid people. It isn't even just a right, it is the nations(in the russian not western meaning of the word for russia)/states prerogative. And if Russia doesn't pick up the leadership role, it is in fact going against the will of God(which again is a XIXth century idea)
