Strange too that he's got no night crew. Breakfast changeover is as simple as changing a few things like grill temp. When I worked fast food in high school and Mcdonalds had opening and closing hours, only a few people had to show up any earlier than 6 and everything was good to go. Fucktard here probably thought that wouldn't be fair and everyone must show up at 4am.
Gonna guess that this is some weird Mcdonalds at an airport or something, meaning you probably have to commute by car since the bus won't be in service that early. Unless he's paying premium wages, he can go get fucked.
