They just declared "assault Weapons" bans unconstitutional, emasculated the administrative state of it ability to invent rules, threw out roe for the activist bench legislation that it was and set the gun grabber back decades, maybe even all the way to 1934, given the precedents and legal standards employed to set them.

Trump was a mixed bag and I have no intention of voting for him again, but his 2016 win was a Triumph for two reasons, first is the courts and second is that it ended the Clintons, plus the bonus that the left was so assmad about him that they took the mask all the way off in 2020 and rigged an election in an utterly transparent way to place a demented old pedo in the whitehouse, who then accomplished fuckall because he's too busy shitting himself, covering for his crackhead son and sniffing pre-teens to be a leader of any sort.

Trump himself is over IMO, but the Right wing populist movement that coalesced around him and will outlast him is going to be the end of the Democratic party as we know it and maybe the end of the two party system entirely. Dems are likely to lose badly this fall and then fragment from the loss and the fragmentation of the Democrats will leave the republicans without a boogeyman to justify their worthless cuckservative agenda, so its entirely possibly they fragment too, and we end up with 3-4-5-6 significant parties of which none dominates and all must co-operate, moderate and build coalitions in order to get anything done.
