Why are Germans/Dutch so balls deep into coke?

I'm regularly getting approached by German/Dutch and sometimes British tourists every summer who beg for cocaine. Every summer the same shit. Do they need that shit to function or what? Once I hanged out with a bunch of them and we arranged to go to a party but they didn't come cause no cocaine was available. Friend of mine literally grind a rock and sold it to them as coke for 200 euro 5 years ago. That's how desperate they are

no, its mostly all cut with meth, which surprisingly most people can't tell. we used to get really pure shit but once i started doing meth it was over. cheaper and last longer but a different high.
